Mine ended up coming back and is seemingly getting worse with miles/time. Anyone else find a fix yet? Don't really want to pull the screen out but getting to that point.
Dropped the truck off this morning and they just called me stating that they believe this is a normal noise for this truck. They claimed the master tech drove another 2025 on the lot and it made the same noise under the same conditions. Not sure if that jives much with me, will probably reach...
I found what is causing it and slid a piece of paper between the two parts and it is helping so far. Going to the dealer next week for a rear end whine so may have them look at it then. Thanks all.
Ran into this on my Bronze Oxide 2025 TRD Sport with only 800 miles. Mine aren't too bad but still ridiculous at such low miles. I added the Canadian mud guards and a RC HD2 steps to help protect from further chips. Might do PPF but not sure yet.

My TRD Sport does ride a little stiff but I do like how it has minimal body roll like a sedan. It does not feel like I am driving a boat like a normal truck. I expect the stiffness to get a little better when winter is over.
Here is the noise for anyone interested. When I say on it means I am on throttle and you can hear the noise and off means off throttle and the noise goes away.
Having this same problem on my 2025 TRD Sport. Sounds like the exact problem the 3rd gens had. Slight noise coming from the back only when under light throttle at 50-59 MPH. If you let off the throttle or reach a speed outside of 50-59 MPH it goes way. Debating what to do next as the truck only...
