2024 Tacoma TRD Sport. Back up camera stopped working

Hey guys. I bought a 2024 Tacoma here in Puerto Rico. The same week I took it out the dealer the back up “rear” camera would randomly stop working and the head unit as well. Took it in for warranty yesterday they changed the Head Unit, Backup camera the issue is still there and can’t pin point the issue. I am thinking more of a programming issue has anyone had this issue before?

Use your mirrors, I survived many years without any visibility out my back. Note, the spare tire blocked my camera on my 2010 SR5.

I plan the same with my 2024 TRD Sport when I mount the spare back there.

If it's just the back up camera having issues it might be the camera itself or a bad/loose wire...

Had the b/u camera not working yesterday on my Sport Premium. ( purchased in April) Shut truck down , then started up again and it seems to work fine now. First official vehicle service due next month. I will bring it up then as well as a couple of other little issues. No big issues yet.

Any solutions yet? My 360 camera just stopped working today. I'm not sure if I blew a fuse. Will check with the dealership.

No solution yet. Just barely got it to the dealership today cause I was out of town sonce August. 2 days and the dealer can’t figure out what is wrong.

Had my truck in on Oct.23/24. Dealership checked it all over and said it might have just been a computer glich. I believe they did an update and said it should be ok. Was ok til late Dec./24 and occurred again. Then once more last week of January. So probably not a computer problem. So far every time I restart the truck it resets and goes back to normal. I will wait til next visit to bring it up again.

Just got around to taking it to the dealership since I was out of state too long. It’s been at the dealership for 2 days and they still can’t figure out what the issue is.
