Aspire Auto Accessories?

Has anyone ever ordered something from AspireAutoAccessories? Seems heavy in the toyota department. I purchased a Prinsu Pro rack almost 3 weeks ago now and have yet to get tracking or evidence of shipment. Ive emailed twice over the period of 7 days and have yet to get a reply back. Wondering if anyone has any information.

Their google reviews don't seem encouraging. I don't know if its a total scam but there are other google reviews that basically have the same complaint as you. It sounds like a drop shipping operation.

I'd email or call again, give them 7 more days to respond or say something, then contact your credit card provider. At that point youve done a good faith effort to reach out and see whats going on.

Thanks for the info timetoeatpotatoes. I actually just got a personal phone call from Cody the owner. He explained everything. It is drop shipping in this case and he explained why on prinsus side its taking a while for them to ship these racks right now. Long story short, Cody was very professional and were on a good page now. He runs the business himself so he just didnt get to the emails as quickly as he would of liked.

I order parts all the time from Aspire and they are awesome! When it comes down to prinsu, I know they are at about 2-3 weeks lead time for their parts. I’ve had zero issues with them! Cody is super nice and is always willing to help you out with any questions or concerns!

skeezy to not make it obvious they dont carry any stock and just place orders to the manufacturer on your behalf.

They do have a shop in Hesperia with a lot of items there! Just not huge orders or products because it would take all the room. I’ve been out there a few times! You should go take a look whenever you’re out there!

why bother when I can just go and order direct from prinsu myself? You dont have it in stock. Your lead times are actively misleading the customer. Your price is exactly the same. You do not install it.

Well sometimes I like to support small businesses, but that’s just me. I’m not telling where to buy, I was just letting you know. And if you message him he can help install ( he helped me with my grille and bed rack)
