I opted for the single Baja S2 (not recessed). It does kind of block the license plate light. But not so much where the plate is not illuminated. The single S2 doesn’t flood out my back up camera which was what I was hoping for. Two S2’s may be too much in my opinion. I can see that potentially flooding out our reverse cameras. I hope this info helps anyone.
