275/70R18 True 33's on my Stock TRD Offroad. No rubbing, perfect fitment. Slight poke from the different offset, love the look. It has some other Toyota TRD OEM goodies as well ;) I shoved a full size spare tire underneath, had to air it down to 10ish psi. Rubs on the panhard bar very lightly. But it's in there and it articulates and drives fine. Very happy with how it looks and drives.

Great to know that tire fits in spare compartment. I'm going with that size soon
I figured if 285/70/r17 would fit 275/70/R18 would. It drives fantastic, abosrbs bumps better than stock but still brakes and accelerates almost the same. Jurry is still out on MPG. Be prepared to air the spare down. They wouldn't put it in at the shop, they tried at like 40 psi and it wouldn't fit. When I got home I got it up there but after airing to around 10 psi. Some minor panhard contact at certain points in the travel but it doesn't seem to affect anything and I'm happy to have my fullsize big ass spare lol.

Those E load tires look best with those wheels. They seem to have more straight sidewalls, less bulge...if that makes sense?

What PSI are you running in your tires? How do you like the ride?

37 PSI, Ride is noticeably better than the stock trail terrains even on road. Dips and bumps are less harsh. I had a set of Ko2's on my old 4runner and was ecxpecting more of an adjustment but it been a major improvement in every area even in the wet. MPG did take a dip from my average of 17.5 down to 15.5. Offroad is no contest of course. Just wanted to mention, after 500 miles and including some offroading, the tight spare has had no issues.
