Cigarette lighter charger stuck!

I got the garmin mini dash cam and it came with a dual port cigarette lighter power adaptor. I put it in and now it’s stuck. It won’t come out or even twist.
Anyone have this? Am I stupid!?

I've had chargers in the past where the flat ground tabs on the sides of the plug will pop out from the back end of the plug and act like a barb, making it really difficult to remove. The safest way to remove it would be to remove the console panel that holds the outlet and work it out from the back. Alternatively, you might be able to get a thin piece of plastic or something in there to push the ears in to the plug and get it to come out that way.
