Climate control using Toyota App?

Some Owners say they are able to adjust the climate control and seats through the Toyota app. I don't see any way to do that. Is anyone know about this?

I haven't found a way to adjust the seat heaters but you can do climate control through the App by selecting the up arrow, then Climate, and then adjust to your liking and save.

Caveat being that you have to have connected services enabled to do this. The app is useless to me since I'm not using any of the connected services.
