Does Towing Package include engine oil cooler / auto transmission cooler?

Aside from the reciever/pin connectors and integrated trailer brake controller and technology camera view, does anyone know if the towing package comes with an engine oil cooler/auto transmission cooler like the 2nd gens did? I'm guessing it doesn't, but figured I'd ask, thanks.

It’s a coolant to oil cooler. More efficient than air to oil cooler.
