For those who have the EKR Seat Covers, did the covers on the upper back seats have a slot or hole for the seat cushion strap button? Mine do not and after going back and forth with EKR they say they have some confusion and think hybrid trucks don't even have the clasp and that maybe I had ordered incorrectly. When I said I had chosen the correct model (non-hybrid) the story changed a bit. This is the last email I got from them....

"Hi, Dan
I asked the technicians, and they said that there is no opening on the backrest now because the position we know is not accurate, so customers need to cut a hole at the position of the drawstring. You don't need to cut a small hole, which is not beautiful. You only need to cut a line. See the picture, you can cut it at the right position. Sorry for the inconvenience."

.

How did everyone elses seat covers come? Slot for the button or cut your own?

TBH I'm fine cutting a slot and it doesn't really affect my overall satisfaction with the product but it is something for buyers to be aware of.

I ordered the red leather ones from them. Mine also did not have the cut out for the button. Probably going to take a razor blade and cut a small slit where the button is. Let me know what solution you come up with please.

That's probably what I'll do as well. I'll post a picture once I've done the deed but it will be a few days. I'm camping and backpacking the rest of the week!

Sorry, I completely misunderstood. Yes those holes are present. But, similar to many others, mine are not aligned with the clasp. Probably a half inch off on both sides.

That makes sense. Probably why they stopped cutting for the buttons. It's pretty hard to get everything perfectly aligned what with all the flexibility in installation of the cover...
