EKR are undeniably the most popular seat cover in the Tacoma world due to great quality a cheap price in comparison to other companies.
I bought some covers the other day on their website because they had a sale on I couldn't ignore and I've been watching for quite some time.
I bought on Sunday, and by Tuesday I realized my Gmail was stopping my mail and returning any mail as not delivered because of space issues. I messaged EKR support on Tuesday to make sure I didn't miss my tracking email (because their website states 1 day processing), and they replied 24 hours later saying it still hasn't been processed. It's Saturday night now, and still nothing...
This usually wouldn't annoy me, but posting a thread on Facebook I've come to find out many folks bought their seat covers on Amazon and had it delivered within two days. I'll give them the benefit of doubt because any orders bought off Amazon are fulfilled by Amazon meaning they had premade stock sent to Amazon to ship off, but still I'm really annoyed. Talking with another guy on Facebook, he's been waiting two weeks now for an email stating shipment.
Why would you put on your website one day processing when you CLEARLY can't meet those needs?
What's everyone else's experience with processing and shipping times with EKR? Because as of right now, I'm priming an email for Monday to get a full refund so I can buy from their Amazon shop. I'm annoyed.
