So i have read about this over last few months, and there is a few reveiws on the tube..i guess it will be $3400, /cost is $2400. Dealer will warrenty for 3 years.
Personaly i have thought about it and im thinking its a good option for many, i know the purist will frown, and hey if you have the tools, facility, and the know-how. More power to you, however the downside , IMO if somewhere along the lines somthing goes wrong, its under warrenty through toyota.
Do this on your own or with friend. , and have problmn. Its on you….a part breaks or is defective …on toyota. Pieace of mind.
The value added as a factory installed option good, You installing in your backyard , zero…………..
Then the price, many will balk, i can get this for a couple hundred dollars, install and im ahead of game…maybe so, theres a lot of guys that dont have access to the tools, work space or even time……i suppose this will fall in the middle for many , but my body is so beat to hell im not crawling under truck, lifting and wrenching, ill give it to the young lads, lol ……me ill pay them, get the 3 years warrenty and be happy…i guess at this stage in life im able to choose this direction, credit to the guys that can pull it off in 3-4 hours , and put the 1500 saved on set of wheels….options and choices make world go round.
Cheers, David

It’s entirely possible that I’m out of the loop, but I thought Toyota cancelled the OEM lift kit for the 4th gen Tacoma. For now anyway.

From a recent video on the tube, there was a full video reveiw, not parts , just a guy that does reveiews he drove, had photo of the truck..then commented on the ride quality…..im guessing we should be hearing more on this soon ,kind of seems quiet but its begining to pop up in videos, he was at dealership showed the window sticker on the truck. So i think its a port add

PTCCY-35350 is the 2024 TRD Lift kit part number. But they have had a stop sale on it for quite awhile.

It uses the same description as the Tundra kit. I've read in a few place the Tundra kit was also on a stop sale.

$3400 for a Bilstein kit installed at a dealer? I’m not sure the 36 month warranty is worth that.

With some of the reports of the current lift kits options causing issues with the CV Axles it might be worth it to keep them covered under warranty.
