I believe I have the world's first alucab on a 4th gen Tacoma as they haven't made the fitment kit yet and I custom made one.
Pretty stoked, haven't done any suspension mods yet, Interior of the camper isn't built out yet so I will likely need some airbags or stiffer springs once I am fully weighted down..

@greatislandadventures on instagram if you want to see more or follow the build!

I'll be interested to see what you do. I'm in the same position as far as the suspension goes. My Lone Peak weighs ~400lbs (180kg) and will definitely need a higher rate coil or similar once I build out storage and whatnot. May also add Timbren bumpstops in the back. Ironman 4x4 has told me they're working on revised coils but couldn't say exactly when they might be released.

I'm in Portland this week so stopped by the Ironman HQ today and spent a few minutes talking to them about the rear suspension. They say they're in manufacturing and they should have them in stock ~mid-August. They have three different spring rates for the coils. They have two '24's they've been building out with future products and both of them are running their "medium rate" coils. They both have racks on them so not really that much weight. For trucks with shells on them, we'll want the heavy springs.

Made progress on the interior and got awning/propane on.
Gotta buy some more material for the tops and then work on plumbing and wiring in the battery.

That's awesome. I'm really considering picking up the Alu-cab canopy (just the topper version) - did you get yours through OK4WD? Seems like they're already taking preorders for an estimated January delivery.
