Ignored my proximity sensors because I knew I was close to my camper but still had lots of room. Little did I remember there was fencing completely out my line of sight and decided to repaint the fence with my bumper.

Honestly not as mad or upset as I figured I'd be, although if it was any of my panels or doors I'd be fuming.

I guess that settles the "will I or will I not get an overland bumper", the answer is definitely yes now.

In the meantime what do y'all suggest? I don't like the thoughts of having a black skid mark up for show on my new truck, but I have a feeling getting it professionally fixed will be in the $1000 range, especially so far up north where I'm to.

Touch up paint marker?

Sorry about that! I would probably just touch it up. Take your time, multiple coats to build it up etc. If you do that I don't think it will be that noticeable. Especially being that low down on the bumper.

That's what I'm thinking too. Slow and steady, touch up is better than black contrasted on white lol. Thanks!

Definitely the route I'll probably take, thanks for the in depth advice.

I'm waiting to hear back a couple quotes from some autobody shops but realistically I don't think I'll be willing to pay what they're going to ask out of pocket in this economy, sucks because I'm supposed to get my ceramic coating redone next week! lol
