Hello all. Chris from Summerville, SC. Well, really a transplanted Texan. I’m home in Millsap, TX visiting my mom and really needed to get out of a battered 2017 Jeep Wrangler. Went down to the local Toyota house and walked out with this 24 Tacoma SR 4x4. Couldn’t be happier. I thought I wouldn’t like the 4-cyl motor, but it’s done great in talk of the in and around driving I’ve done the last two days. Yesterday I added abed cover. It has an awesome ride on the highway and is really responsive on the small roads out here in the country.
As for me, I’m retired Army and I work in the federal government out in SC. A actual office job at that, no telework!
Not sure what I’ll do to it moving forward, but looks like it will be a fun project to build on. Looking forward to doing a lot with my truck, plus reading all about y’all’s trucks and adventures.
