HVAC warm air disconnected. New issue?

Correct me if there is another thread on this, it seems that somehow (what I can assume is) a hose carrying warm air has disconnected and my passenger side vents no longer pump warm air. Furthermore, I can hear a hissing just under the glovebox area when I increase the warm air settings on the hvac. Coldest temp settings no issues, hissing goes away. Anyone know if this is an easy fix, or has anyone come across the location of the blend door actuator? Hoping they wont need to remove the whole dash assembly.

Mine has the same issue as well as others i have read on other forums.. warm air doesnt come through as strong as the cold air.. theres definitely a problem somewhere in the plumbing. I would take it to the dealer but dont want them to take apart my dash and cause other issues.. let me know if you figure out a fix
