In fender Fog Lights????

Hi, I love my 2025 SR but miss the fog lights. While looking at the kits, I ran across a pop in front non oem location lights in the grill.

I like the pricing and mounting ease (Pop out/ in grill insert). But Then, I was thinking - would it not be neat to have something different ?? Like replacing them Front SIDE fender wind vent with with a pop in fog light there instead??

First off, if you're going to do the fang lights properly, the mounting isn't as easy as you'd think. You have to take the entire front clip of the truck off (granted this isn't that hard), but it's not like popping that one piece of plastic out.

Second, from the amount of mud that I've had in that air vent/cutout on the fender - I don't think it would be a good idea to put anything there.

Hey, to be fair, I didn't tell him to buy it or say that it was a good buy.... just that it was what he was looking for. Personally, if I'm to be honest, I'm not a fan of the look anyhow so price or not this isn't in my cards.

No, I mean in the front edge of the side fender flare.... On My SR the spots you show are fille in with plastic and will need cutting/demo. Look at the front fender flare on the white taco I posted.....

I have these Fang lights also they are switch backs for us they are great. Got them off ebay

Keep your eye out for vent lights to accommodate Diode Dynamics SSC1 lights from these guys. They're being developed currently. Diode makes SAE legal lights as well so they're good for street use and shouldn't blind people. Should end up being cheaper than the baja ones.

I would just go for the OEM fog lights or something similar, if I were you. I am a bit of a purist, don't like to add aftermarket accessories to my vehicles.

I called Baja to see if they sold the brackets without the lights. They do. $80 a piece. In case anyone is curious.
