Interior question…. two squares on interior roof

right, stupid question of the day comes from me. So I’ve looked in the owners manual and all the other books that came with the truck and I’ve only found that the smaller square is the microphone. These two squares are on both the driver side and passenger. The back has the bigger square but no where can I find what the bigger square is. Additional microphone? ANC? Don’t know. Anyone else figure this out? Other forums have said it’s a speaker but I call cap on that.

I saw in a video someone saying they are microphones. So if there is a call, everyone in the car can be heard. I wish crap like that could be optional
