ISO Dynamic seat adjustment

I've seen something in the owners manual that said to put the LOCK/UNLOCK switch on the back of the ISO Dynamic seat to the "LOCKED" position for regular driving. Can't find where I read that, but it seems to me for the seat to do anything it should be "UNLOCKED".
What do you PRO owners recommend?

You read it correctly. You can run it either way and unless the road is super rough you still won't notice much difference.

The unlocked position activates the shocks in the seats and is meant primarily for off road use, but there is no reason I can see to not leave them unlocked all of the time.
