Hello, new member here with my first Taco.

On March 16, I finally decided to let go of my 1st year 2017 Gen 2 Ford Raptor since a nearby dealer said I could take the 2025 Mud Bath Tacoma TRDPro off their hands since they had 2 mud baths on the lot.

That Ford Raptor was with me for 9 years and had some great memories with her….. time to make some new memories with the Taco

The 2025 mud bath TRDPro was a good spec with limited build options. Only came with spray in bed liner and tow package. It was perfect spec but the truck wasn’t totally perfect. Wish TRDPro had an option of no Moonroof. It’s a sports truck, so a moonroof is a waste imho especially when going offroad with all the flexing.

I bought this TRDPro because of the mud bath color. If there was a TRDPro with a mud bath color option and no moonroof, I would have went that route.

Other than that, I still love my Taco 🤎

First mod, if you would call it that, is side mirror personalization.

Absolutely love it and have no regrets not getting the Ranger Raptor. Went with the Trailhunter because I wanted the skid plates and other goodies. Living in Hawaii, it’s expensive to ship heavy steel skid plates. The Trailhunter suspension is actually very good. Whether I went with a TRD Pro or Trailhunter, I was going to upgrade to King or Icon CDEV shocks anyway.

Congrats! I got my mudbath pro a few weeks ago and love it. Wondering if you could look under the front seats and see if you see any rust on bare metal parts? Others have seen some, was wondering how common it is.

Although I have a TRDPro, I changed out the suspension and wheels/tires.

Suspension:
•Total Chaos UCA’s and front and rear end links
•King 2.5 Suspension Lift Kit

Wheels/Tires:
•Volk Racing TE37XT SL Pressed Graphite
17x8.5 +15 offset
•Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T
35x12.50 R17

BTW anyone looking for TRDPro front and rear suspension including UCA’s and wheel/tires?

That thing looks like it does damage 💪

I know I said I’m planning on going King or Icon CDEV. But for sh!ts and giggles would you mind messaging me the price of your Fox?

I am loving the red mirror look. If you told me about it I would say no way, but looking at the pictures it just works!
Thanx bro.

It’s always different strokes for different folks. Ones palate for mods might not be the cup of tea for another. But that’s the beauty of modding.

But I’m glad you approve of the red mirrors….. did u see the next post with the wheels? Kind of tied it all together

Save money and go King or Icon.

Leave my TRDPro suspension for a non TRDPro Tacoma owner who wants to upgrade their stock suspension.

Thank me later for saving u money 😂

How are you liking that total chaos king coil over suspension. I have a total chaos custom king coil over setup with rear Dobson Springs and mine and absolutely love it. The faster I go, the more I smile.

First of all, your truck is beautiful.

Like you, I’m loving the total chaos/king setup.

It rides like a dream.

If I had to do it again and had unlimited funds, I would do 74Weld portals so I can run 37s or even 40s without regear. But that’s just a wet dream.
