New Borla exhaust (cat back system) - sound clip video

So it seems Borla has finally released their cat back system for the 4th Gen. They posted a video of the sound from outside, but failed to post a video of how it sounded from inside the cabin, you know, where we will hear it most of the time.

Anyway, just wondering if anyone has installed this yet and could post some videos of how it sounds in the cabin. I've looked through YouTube and haven't found anything yet for it.

Sounds good! We sell bunch of Borla for American trucks, we'll see how the Tacoma does.

So not much louder than stock inside for longer trips maybe?

I would say there was SOME droning but I don’t think it was as bad as the MF exhaust I had on my 2nd gen, the 4th gen has a turbo so it’ll be hard to be ridiculously loud since the turbo makes everything quieter already

I'm not trying to make my tacoma sound like a cute rice rocket, but I want more power... so I'm probably going with the Magnaflow Overland exhaust

Installed on my 24 Trailhunter. Great Fit and easy install. Definitely feel it with Butt Dyno and around town MPG up 1.5. That said, it is loud. No Drone but it does buzz especially into the throttle without down shifting. It was almost as load as my 24 RTR Spec3 Mustang with a Stage II Whipple running the Borla Sport Cat-back and Borla x Pipe.

I toned it down by adding a Vibrant Quiet resonator in front of the muffler.
