Hello all, I've been reading this forum for a few months doing research and finally decided to pull the trigger last week on a 2024 TRD Off Road. I was able to find almost the exact truck I wanted and got a great deal on it using the truck finder and some other advice I found on this forum, so I'm happy I found y'all and will definitely be sticking around as I start working on the thing.
My dad is a big Landcruiser guy and I was lucky enough to grow up driving an FJ62 he restored. Unfortunately around 2015 I was dead broke and had to sell it back to him and buy an eco Corolla because I could barely afford gas. Corolla was a great car but not super exciting to work on. 10 years later I'm in a way better spot career wise and can't wait to get back to having a truck I can modify. It's also the first Tacoma in the family (unless you count the 91 pickup in the background lol)
