It’s a good suggestion! We assumed that people would know that they are the same wheelbase.
You my friend are in the selling business and if you are selling people Tacoma parts then give them confidence to spend the kind of money you are asking for. Let them know if it works for a Cat bulldozer if it works.

At $1400 they better look great. Sadly too small to actually be good off road. This company is becoming by far the most over rated and over priced company in the industry. IMO of course which I am entitled to.

How are they too small to be good off-road?

My only suggestion: they need to offer buyers a black out option for the NYTOP trim plate and bolts.

Hi! The badge and top bolts are both stainless steel for longevity reasons.

You can easily remove the badge (held on by 3M tape) and also swap the M4 bolts with black ones (which tend to rust easily).

Do these stick out further than the widest part of the door when it’s closed? Anyone have pics looking straight down with door closed? I like these but not quite sure they would offer enough protection from the side

My order finally arrived after an 8-week waiting period. Since I live within 30 miles I opted for local pickup. The shipping boxes are overkill and helped protect the sliders during the long overseas journey from the Chinese manufacturing facility.

The construction is very heavy duty. These sliders weight in at roughly 80 pounds apiece. They are heavy!!! I think these rock sliders will outlive the vehicle. If you are looking for a HD set of rock sliders you want a set of NYTOP’s.

Both sliders exhibited excellent welding and powder coating craftsmanship. All 22 mounting holes aligned perfectly with the frame holes. These bolt directly to the frame, not the thin steel rocker panels like most sliders and running boards.

The only modification I made was swapping out the SS bolts for some black SS bolts on the top trim piece as my TRD OR exterior and wheels are all black.

The rock sliders stick out roughly 3” from the upper edge of the rocker panel. Plenty of room for stepping when entering/exiting the vehicle.

Bottom line? 👍👍
