I had a rattle from the passenger side that was only there when I drove alone. After some investigation, I found it was the passenger seatbelt rattling against the wall between the two doors. I validated it by plugging in the seatbelt when it was making noise on a bumpy road.

Thought I would post in case someone else has this.

I haven't decided my permemnant solution as of yet, but knowing what it is with a temp fix works for now

Yea mine does that too. Along with the glove box rattle. I tried to look for some sort of a soft cover for the seat belt buckle thing but couldn't find anything for this vehicle. There are some universal fit ones that looks bulky and dumb.

For now I just try and stuff it in the between the side and seat where it doesn't move much.

In all my Toyota trucks I had the seat belt rattle, but only when the belt was twisted and the metal part of the latch rested against the plastic trim. Last week my wife left it that way and I had the rattle. I turned it around and the rattle is gone. That may be all that you need to do.

Yeah, I have the glove box area rattle. If I reach over and push down on the trim “Tacoma” area above the glove box it stops. There is also sometimes a noise I think is coming from the headliner on the passenger side. Sometimes when I’m at highway speed and have the moon roof cover open or the moon roof open I get a creaking noise right above my left ear in the headliner. That one really annoys me.
