I noticed the last week my remote start quit working from the FOB and the App. I replaced the battery in the FOB, that did not fix the issue. I verified all my subscriptions were paid for and up to date.
To fix it I had to completely reset the truck through the entertainment system, re-enter my VIN, Scan QR Code, re-add my cell phone, etc. Everything now works again.
I'm thinking it's one of two things, my wife had her phone setup and I deleted it, or I just got a new cell phone and did not properly set it up? Not sure why that would also affect the FOB.
