Yea this happened pretty early on and would’ve thought it would have cleared by now. Doesn’t seem related to the QC hold in any way.

It isn't a holdup. It is just that Toyota didn't include that option in early builds. They are just now entering the allocation phase. It looks like there is however, a disparity about which factories have them. There are a handful that were built in February and March at the Guanajuato plant but none at the Baja plant until late April. None of them have left Mexico yet but a few are waiting at the port so it shouldn't be too much longer.
