Okay, then whvat is the difference between blue and grey?
aesthetic look. If you have tinted windows, some people prefer Grey that's easier to see in low light. But we prefer Blue with no issues. It comes down to personal preference.

can you DM me the thread? and we'll look into it
Hi, everyone. The Suma Rep responded with this answer to my question:

“Hi, thanks for sharing the thread. We've checked that the new ones should not have this issue.”

The issue was referenced in a separate thread where posters indicated they had to modify plastic tabs on the back to get the mirrors to fit.

Sorry we don't have a video on the 4th gen yet. But the mirrors are the same. We purchased an OEM 4th mirror glass to confirm that.
Do I need to remove the mirror cap, to undue the retention on the mirror glass from behind? Or does pulling on the mirror glass pop it loose?

You don't need to remove the mirror cap (assuming you don't have the turn signal feature, which requires splicing on the turn signal wires).

Just pull the OEM mirror glass and plug and play.
