New UCA's will fix your turning radius?
It did mine, I went with TOTAL CHAOS and full King 2.5 lift with Dobson C59-821

I got the full MT64 suspension package installed which included their UCAs so I would be surprised if they were limiting the turning radius. I looked at the LCA and I think there is some misalignment of the steering stops. So maybe need different LCAs too. I'll update here when I learn more

I have a 2024 SR Xtra Cab with a SmartCap and a slide out bed and my stock suspension is fine.
Video of my Overlanding rig.
As you know, the SR has leafs instead of springs that the OR has. I put a OVS cap on my OR and empty (or almost empty) it was ok, but I def felt the extra weight over bumps. With my gear in the back, I had some squat and lost some clearance and needed some extra weight capacity.

Guy overlanding is going to have extra weight in the rear, for sure. Water, camping gear, cooler, tools, etc is going to add up.

In my experience, leafs deal with static weight better than springs, but springs ride, handle, articulate and put power down offroad, and respond better than leafs.

For my purposes, I ordered Icon rear springs with 600lb additional weight rating at 0.5" lift. So my static weight should achieve the same height as stock. (approx 400lbs topper, 200lbs gear always in the truck....plus whatever else I put in there if I go for a trip).

If you upgrade the lower knuckle to the OEM Toyota part PT981-35310/35320 your turning radius will improve. If you upgrade the tie rod end to the OEM Toyota part PT81G-35310/35320 it will improve your ability to dial in the alignment aside from just the UCA improvement. The whole LCA should not need to be replaced. If you went with a long travel system the LCA needs to be replaced but I think that's the only reason to do so.
