yup like the guy above said, the 1up doesn't use a hitch pin.

Thanks - poor use of term on my end. Its the hitch "lock" I am referring to that stops the rack from being removed.

I’m not sure how they ship these days. My rack is 5-6 years old and did come with a locking security pin.

Is this what you're talking about? 2”-2.5” Slotted Hitch Bar Lock - 1UP USA . I don't have that, I just have the special 8mm bolt that actuates the ball which secures the rack in the hitch. My rack is almost 10 years old so I'm not sure what exactly they look like today.
