Tacoma 2024 raptor lights on and off

Hi I recently bought and installed a raptor grill for my 2024 Tacoma and with the wiring the raptor lights turn on when the truck is on and only turn off when the truck turns off. It’s plugged into an ignition fuse. Does anyone know how to have a push button to turn it on and off? If there’s a wire to buy for plug and play let me know. If u have to splice and connect to an aux switch please let me know. Thanks

You're on the right track with wiring the raptor lights to an aux switch, that's the only way you'll have control of them. Don't know of a plug and play adaptor, but I know you can easily splice the raptor light wiring to one of the aux connectors.

I spent entirely too much time agonizing over the best way to wire up my raptor lights and ultimately just left them tapped into an ignition fuse. Would've loved to tap them into the DRL fuse under the glovebox, but there isn't enough room to fit a fuse tap in there without modifying the dash panel, and I just didn't want to be responsible for turning them off/on with an aux switch. Plus, as an added bonus, tapping your raptor lights into an ignition fus ensures the lights will turn on once every hour or so for about 30 seconds, which gives your truck the impression it's been possessed by a ghost.
