Great video. Thanks. I have always done oil at 5000 km ( 3000 mile) intervals. I don’t care if its overkill. I had a 2nd gen taco for 11 years and it still ran like brand new when I traded it in for my ‘24 TRD Sport Premium. And now with the turbo it’s definitely a no brainer. 1300 km on my new taco and oil will be done next week. Thanks again!

That helps to explain why oil change intervals prescribed by auto manufacturers are not necessarily the best thing for the engine. They have other financial, marketing and regulatory targets to hit.

Seems obvious now but i was sceptical at first.
