I really liked the OEM switchback foglights on the trailhunter/pro and was wondering if anyone had found the part # for them as I'd like them for my sport. Or maybe even just a generic switchback that fits in the same spot. I don't want to put a film over my current foglights because on dark nights I prefer the white light but in fog I know the yellow is better.

A part number was listed but no confirmation that it’s the correct one,
When I look for this on the Toyota app for my TH, this is what shows. Not sure why there would more than one or two options.

Any update to this? Really want for my Off road... OEM 's are nice but more for cosmetic looks than light... Really want switchback style

You'd be better off buying aftermarket. Hard to tell how long you're going to be waiting on these, and they'll be about double the cost of a good set of 3rd party.

I bought a set of heretic high power ambers for my OR and they way exceed the stocks.

I think I can help here given I have had to deal with what may be a unique issue pertaining to my fog light switch. A few weeks after taking delivery of my TH, I was learning how to use some of the features and realized my TH was not built with the correct light bar and fog light switches. Mine came with the larger TRD light bar switch and no fog light switch. After several months of waiting as my dealer struggled to get Toyota to identify the correct parts and then bless the swap out, it was finally completed today. I can now toggle between white and amber! The work order shows part number PT45A-35240-PR, list price of $31.92. I hope this helps.

@TacoFish thanks for finding the switch part # its definitely a plus, now we just have to identify the correct number for the fog lights themselves. There's also the whole mess of figuring out the wiring too because from what I've read the fog lights switch colors by changing the polarity.

So here's a small bump for the thread, I was in the parts department at my dealer and asked for the part # for the fog lights in the TH. They gave 81220-YY030 left hand, and 81210-YY030 right hand.

Now here's where things get interesting.

Thanks to @TacoFish, they had two options for foglights when looking at the app, part #'s were pt988-35240-br and pt988-35240-TR

So with that info we are left with a 50/50 chance guess and who knows what the BR and TR stand for, could order both but cannot test the switchback function without the proper wiring and removing the front.

But there's more!

I searched on eBay and found the part #pt988-35240-br, which are the OEM rigid lights BUT they are showing part# 81220-YY080 and 81220-YY070

But I asked the seller if these were the switchback versions and they said yes. Again not something I can easily test without the switch or taking off the bumper.

So this leads me to where I stand, part # pt988-35240-TR MAYBE the switchback foglights, but cannot tell without ordering and testing, but the BR part # might also work. The easiest way to confirm would be if a TH owner took a photo of their foglights when their bumper is off and we could confirm.

Also have to find the wiring for this, for models that came with non Rigid fog lights from factory, but who knows how that works.
