Unknown spotting appears on window trim Both sides in same exact area !

looks terrible ,
now i have only had the truck since Early November , have just over 1k in mileage
& it has sat for a month due to eye surgery & recovery( the reason 4 low mileage in the 1st place)
I have only hand washed half dozen times & carnauba wax once . never would do a auto car wash with my baby
it look like some sort of over spray , has a rough texture like a corrosion
sort flakes off but doesn't ,like the top of the spot flakes off but not all & the spot remains there
looked over the whole truck & it is only on those two window trim pieces
