What does "Processing" mean prior to the build?

I ordered a Trailhunter over the weekend that was allocated to a dealership in NH. The dealer told me the build was set to start yesterday. Today when I called, he told me it was status "processing". When I asked what that meant he said he didn't know. Is there anyone on here that can explain what that means? Also, best case scenario, what is the time from build to delivery on average (I'm hoping there isn't any QC holds)

What does a permanent vin signify? Mine wasn’t built as of early last week but the vspec vin has no letters in the last 6.

yes, I have a VIN but when I asked my insurance carrier for a ballpark coveage quote, the VIN wasn't registered yeet

A vin will have 17 characters total, they dont have to be all numbers

I got an update from the dealer, now it's slated to be built between 7/1 and 7/7

I purchased a OR from a dealer, that was on lot - for at least a month, and a week after that when I insured it the insurance company still wasn't showing the VIN as being valid lol.
