Hi, Tacoma owners! Today we'd like to share some information about different bed mat materials and explain why we believe TPE is the superior choice for your Tacoma. Here's a quick comparison and some reasons why TPE stands out:
Advantages of TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer):
Suggestions for Use Before Installation | 3 Tips:
Our bed mats are usually folded in two, and the floor mats are typically folded once in the back row. But since we use TPE material, don't worry about wrinkles.
Tip 1: Take it out and lay it flat on the ground. Let it sit in direct sunlight to naturally flatten out. If the temperature is suitable, it should take about one day to recover.
Tip 2: What if it's raining frequently or the temperature is too low? Lay it flat and place some heavy objects on the uneven areas, keeping them in place for 1-2 days. This method has proven the most effective for most users.

Tip 3: If the temperature is still low and you want faster results, you can pour warm water (not boiling water) on the uneven areas, then place it in the sun to help it flatten out.
Have any questions or want to know more? Feel free to ask, and we'd love to hear your feedback!

Advantages of TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer):
- Eco-friendly: TPE is a non-toxic, odorless material, perfect for those sensitive to chemical smells. It’s safe for your family and the environment.
- Durability and Flexibility: TPE offers excellent weather resistance and durability. It’s flexible enough to fit snugly into your truck bed without cracking or deforming, even in extreme temperatures.
- Easy to Clean: Unlike rubber or plastic mats that may trap dirt, TPE liners are simple to clean with just water. They are stain-resistant and don't hold onto odors.
- Non-slip Surface: TPE provides a strong grip, preventing your truck from sliding around during transport.
- Rubber: While rubber mats offer good slip resistance, they can be heavy and have a strong smell. They may also become brittle over time in extreme weather conditions.
- PPE (Polypropylene Elastomer): PPE is lightweight but less flexible. It’s not as soft as TPE, which may make it feel harder and less comfortable to use.
- Plastic: Plastic mats are more affordable but often lack the durability and grip of TPE. They can easily crack in cold temperatures and are not as resilient as TPE.
- Easy Installation: Our TPE Mats are designed to fit your Tacoma perfectly. Simply lay it flat in the truck bed, and it will contour to the shape for a secure fit.
- Simple Cleaning: To maintain the mat, just hose it down with water. For deeper cleaning, mild soap can be used without damaging the material.
