I’ve noticed that if I have my windows partially rolled down (I’m talking 4in from the top or more) it’s vibrating when driving. Anyone else have something similar? Anecdotally, when I am auto rolling the window down and hit a speed bump, my windows stop rolling down. I have never experienced this with any other vehicle before.

I have this problem and the dealership ordered a new "window runner" for me last week. I'll get it installed tomorrow, but we'll see if that actually helps. Another poster on here had the same noise, got a new runner and the noise improved marginally. I guess I'll find out more tomorrow if it works for me.

The end fix might be to get some felt "tape" and stick that on the inside rubber of the window trim. If it is thick enough enough to take up the slack then the rattling may go away.

FIngers crossed the new runner works, but I'm preparing myself to take additional steps to correct it as its annoying as hell.

Well, the dealership stopped the flapping, but I suspect the new runner didn't do much to fix it. It looks like they stuffed something in behind the rubber to fatten it up. Its a bit stiff now and squeaks when the window moves. I would suggest that if you have this problem just add some padding behind the rubber or put some of that felt tape on top.
