Winter care + hand wash in cold weather

I did just Griots ceramic window treatment and loved it. I had some nightmares with streaks using other water beading products over the years so I was apprehensive. The Griots stuff went on and polished off real easy.

Cool - I have been thinking of giving that a try and wondering how well it works.

I used carnauba wax for years, but Griots ceramic is easier to apply provides a great shine and makes keeping you vehicles clean incredibly easy.

Been using Zaino Brothers for 20 years, easy on and off, seems to last longest (water still beads) of products I've tried.. To the car wash if below 32F then find a warm garage to do your waxing.

I wash the truck whenever it gets into the high 30s or low 40s during winter, which is rare for a 2-4 month span. Just managed to do it last week and reapplied Griots ceramic wax to the truck.

I'm sure the neighbors get a laugh when they see me outside washing the truck with a puffy jacket and beanie on

I pay for unlimited touchless washes since it was literally the worst part of winter when I received the truck and had no opportunity to do any winter prep. That said, I literally have enough products and equipment to start my own mobile detailing business.

I know the feeling, my wife constantly reminds me about the number of red topped Griots Garage bottles there are on the shelf in the garage, of course except when she wants her BLACK car cleaned and I am sure you know how hard it is to keep a black car looking nice.

I owned black cars for over 30 years, and I know a lot about keeping them in top shape. Griots correcting and perfecting creams were my best friends.
