Protective film on fender of 2025 Tacoma

I recently bought a 2025 Tacoma and I noticed that there is a good bit of protective film near the back rear wheel. Is this the same amount of protective film that came on the 2024 or did they add more in response to all the rock chips people are getting?

Yeah - that is the same as what the 2024s have - and @Bravada is right, it is not nearly enough.

Id slap some real PPF on it. I use SunTek Ultra Defense — made specifically for off-road trucks
