No. It is not normal, but also not unique. That tracking bar sometimes has quirks that I can't explain.

For those of us on the USA east coast and with Guanajuato-built vehicles awaiting shipment via the port of Veracruz, there is an inbound "vehicles carrier" arriving later tonight/tomorrow. For those of us that have vehicles currently at this port this could be our ship... or could not be. Hi Steve, are you able to check Canadian VIN #’s or does this tracking only apply to U.S VIN’s?

It is going to Ardmore Toyota and it is NOT on hold. It is however, sitting in Vera Cruz Mexico waiting to get on a boat. We have a bunch of them in that same situation and until it is loaded, we don't get an update on timing. It takes 2-3 weeks from the time the boat departs until we see it on the lot.

I did some checking, based off Trainer Steve's reply about a truck sitting at the Port of Lazaro Cardenas, below is the link to the ships Arriving/Departing that location on the west coast. These are trucks for the Guanajuato-built vehicles (VIN starting: 3TYxxxx)

I checked on the departing vessels and there is one "Vehicle-Carrier" ship that left Mar 13 and heading to San Diego. If anyone has a truck departed on a vessel, you can track the ship from the below link:
