Paint issue

So I was having PPF film applied to the front. The person applying the film was wiping down and using a clay bar. He called me in to look at the area below my bumper. The paint actually came off as he was wiping it down. This is the area just above the sensor. I can easily remove the paint by gently scratching it with my fingernail. I am so sick. Truck only has 600 miles

Id complain to the dealer and try to get them to fix it under warranty. Clearly had an application issue; paint shouldnt slough off like that from a claybar.

You can see how it isn't adhesed to the primer and comes off looking kinda wavy.

It's covered under the warranty.

When you talk to the dealer...make sure you mention this happened while you were hand washing it and say nothing about the detailer or claybar.

The dealer didn’t ask many questions. They were also shocked and want to make it right. I also was a little worried about saying my PPF guy was prepping it. This dealer does have a 30 day return policy and I have given it some thought. However, it took forever to find this color, with the premium package.
