Hitch receiver height from ground to top of receiver tube hole?

I am awaiting my Tacoma Off Road Premium and wanted to figure out the ball mount for my trailer so I am ready once it arrives. Can anyone let me know what is the height from the ground to the top of the receiver tube hole? Thanks!
