i picked up my hybrid OR about a week ago. love the truck. Toyota states the payload as 1705 lbs for the hybrid OR (and for my VIN specifically). but the door plate states 1200 lbs. at first i thought this was due to the OEM tires, but the Falkens on my truck have a load index of 116. any idea...
the payload stickers on real truck are not matching the toyota stated payload. for example, the hybrid OR has a sticker for 1200 lbs but an advertised payload of 1705. is the 1200 because of the tires it shipped with and the 1705 what the suspension could carry?
i picked up my hybrid OR last week. the 2400W inverter provides 1250W to my Jackery Plus 1000 -- which I think is the maximum that the Jackery will accept. so I am pretty happy with the inverter and, overall, love the truck.
is the 2400w inverter pure sine? i hope so, but i looked hard to find evidence that it is. i started another thread asking if anyone with a 2400w inverter has tested.
house battery is the battery to power the overland auxiliary stuff -- refrigerator, lights, hot pots, etc.
the 2400W inverter is a great way to rapidly charge house batteries that accept AC charging input--like the Jackery.
Toyota inverters have not been the best in terms of the quality of...
wondered if anyone has experience using the 2400W to charge the house battery? i heard that in the gen3 the inverter was not very clean (a mod sine wave) and caused issues when plugged directly into the the house battery.
... and whether the whole shell is compatible with the rear cameras (in bed view and digital rearview mirror)?
thinking the exact same thing -- most all RTT and cab-campers will have to deal with this on the halo trims
the OR, Pro, and TH are all listed to have about the same MPG.
but the OR MPG is for 2H. the Pro and TH MPG are for 4H.
any thoughts on if the OR MPG in 4H would be much different than 2H?
