I agree. What's the point of a build and price if you can't build your vehicle how you want. Not to mention there is just way to many options for like the TRD off road add-ons. Having more than 5 is just unnecessary and the fact you have to scroll to see each one is annoying. Keep it to 3...
Anyone with a brain would realize this is nothing but one-sided marketing. Sure the Toyota can have some features and others as standard that other manufacturers may not. But that also means it will cost more. I'm sure Ford can make a equivalent video that will make the Toyota sound inferior...
That's a lot of added options for $8800. Half of which should be standard equipment these days. These will probably be all standard equipment on the Pro; which I hope doesn't go over $55k.
Hopefully this year since they will be shipping soon. Toyota is probably number crunching their labor pricing numbers after the recent pay raise, they weren't anticipating giving.
I can almost gurantee you it actually isn't in transit. Those autopopulate on what the dealers are getting but it doesn't mean the truck is actually built yet; or even in transit. I don't even think production has started yet.
All the dealers I've talked to were saying MSRP. I never paid MSRP in my life but I will have to if I decide to buy a Tocoma. I only want a Pro and refuse to pay over $55k for a midsize truck. I wish they didn't have the ID seats and a few other electronics I can do w/o. The seats alone are...
Well don't put a deposit on something you don't know the price. I waited over 500 days for my Bronco and it probably took two years off my life expectancy.
I was somewhat not impressed by the MPG. Especially from the hybrid max. Pricing is higher than anticipated. And even more than what the Pro/TH will likely be. Seems like every trim is 10% over the previous gen. Since the Pro would be the only one I would get is expected to fetch nearly $60k if...
Usually early in the AM. That way Toyota can get more website traffic throughout the day and it gives the media time to cover it and release coverage same day.
If the new Ranger Raptor starts at $55k. The new TRD Pro should not be any more if they want to be competitive. If Toyota would price the Pro the same as the Ranger Raptor; which one would you guys choose?
Overall the resale value will likely to be better than average. But not as good as if it were a AT. The Tacoma has always been in the top 5% of resale values. But you'll definitely limiting your market getting a MT. But buy what you want. The joy of 3-5 years of owning it will outweigh any...
I'm guessing 12/5 it will be out. mark my post! to release both on the same day would be to much. Toyota will build and drag on the anticipation as long as possible.
I'm planning to go to the phoenix/arizona auto show in november to see if my Pro is there. nothing on the website saying if Toyota or what cars will be there.
not a fan of the color at all. It's to bland. almost like a brown. as for the seats I'm sure those are just pre production ones. The actual production Pro seats will be red.
