I am interested in a 2024 Tacoma but may have a strange question in this context. Here in the Netherlands, the government determines whether a pick-up can be used commercially based on the dimensions of the pick-up box. One of those measurements is the distance from the center of the rear axle to the rear of the cabin, the rearmost point of the cabin. I know the 6ft is no problem but I would prefer the 5ft. Is it a lot to ask to measure this size for me? Please note that they measure it accurately to the centimeter. Thank you in advance. I am very grateful!!

I'm not quite sure which measurement you're talking about, could you annotate a picture? Is it what I drew here, where if you took an imaginary line straight up from the center of the rear axle and then measured horizontally to the back outside of the cab?

I have my 5' Tacoma now, so I'm happy to try measuring things, but I'll need ya to be much more specific! (Yes this photo is a 6' one, I just found one online of a side view to annotate for clarity)

I can't promise centimeter-level accuracy (visually guestimated that imaginary line from center axle up), but I measured 23.125", you can see the attached photos. I'd give it a margin of error of 1 or 2 inches in either direction. Hope that's enough to be helpful!
