good Morning! is there a trick to getting these to disconnect? i can press the white tab and slide it a bit then it sticks. i am missing something.

got it off - unsure if right or wrong
gently slid a small flathead into that slot from the back to catch that white latch and then gently pressed it down - it slide right off
