MIne did that when my truck was new if I pushed my upper body against the seat back. But then it stopped and the last time I tried to make it do that it wouldn't, no matter how hard I pushed. Maybe some of the parts just need to wear in. I also stopped using the suspension for on road driving, so that might be it too.

Mine is the side bolster where the seat meets the plastic with controls. From what I can tell its a plastic ridge on bottom bolster cushion the catches a metal piece when you press down on bolster.I can pull the plastic ridge away from the metal piece with my finger and it misses the metal , but when I let go it forms back to where it was. Weird

I just took delivery of a 2025 TRD Pro and was looking under the front seats and saw rust on some of the metal parts. Looks like a metal rod and its brackets. Both seats have this. Should I be concerned? Anyone else noticed this?
Hate to say this but all brands of vehicles do this from condensation.

Wow, that is weird.

Mine does not do anything like that and you might want to see what your dealer has to say about this. These seats seem like they are kind of one off prototypes, and not really fully sorted production items.

Yes, that is true. There are some unpainted metal pieces under the hood that develop surface rust, and it isn't really a problem either, except for cosmetics.
