I don't have a ton of experience here unfortunately, and I'm having a hard time deciding between these two. I know as far as looks the size is super negligible, so it's mostly about specs that have me questioning myself.

I know the C's will be more comfortable on the road, which is a huge plus, but the 315's have a max PSI of 35 while the 35-inch tires have a max PSI of 65. Is there some reason that one or the other would benefit me? These things are expensive, so I just want to make sure I know what I'm doing before I buy them.

The 315 will be a lighter and a bit shorter tire. E-load will be a heavier and somewhat tougher tire for Offroad. I had 305/70/18 ko2s on my tundra and I put them thru hell with no issues, they were e-load. If your just doing the swap for looks the c-load will be fine

Vidman almost said it. It kinda depends on what your reason is for wanting different tires. Just looks is one thing, function might be something else. I ran taller 10 plys that I could air up a little more when towing our travel trailer, then air down when off roading, but the factory C's worked for normal use.
