Anyone know where the AC Drain hose is? I'm getting a bitter smell from the AC and I was thinking of flushing it out

Mine drips under the truck just forward of the passenger seat. But I don't think the drain is vented into the cabin.

Pull your cabin filter and check it.

Cabin and intake filter were both relatively clean. Not sure what it could be at this point

First noticed in automatic climate controlled vehicles in the late 80’s and continues to this day. If a driver has the AC on as part of the preferred environmental option, then consider shutting the AC off and then rotating the temp up high to prevent condensation from developing in the HVAC system which will then grow mold… driving with hot non AC air for five minutes blasting thru the vents should warm everything back up before shutting off the engine. there are some foam cleaners that can be sprayed into the recirc intake to kill the mold. Hydrogen peroxide in a spray bottle can also kill mold…. Since the engine is turbo charged, it wouldn’t hurt to idle the engine before shutoff and “heat the hvac ventilation” to minimize the condensation.
the bad smell
In the ventilation system usually takes years to develop….
