The stock USDM mudflaps/splash guards are notoriously useless when these trucks are put on a larger wheel & tire package.
I'm on a 285/75 Nitto's and 17x8.5" +0 wheels and the road grime slung on the doors and bedside was atrocious, even with the NYTOP flares I have on the truck.
  • The rear ARK splash guards were simple and bolted straight on with the provided low profile socket head fasteners.
  • The front guards are intended to be installed using one of the existing holes on the "crash brackets" behind the front wheels. I had removed them to prevent my wheels from rubbing but that obviously will present a slight issue when installing the new guards.
    • Luckily I kept the bolts that attached the old bracket, and used it along with an oversized washer to
"pinch" the new guards from flopping around and possibly getting caught on the wheel when backing up
