AWD System Malfunction Alert on 2024 Tacoma TRD

I recently noticed that there was a notification on my Tacoma about 2 weeks ago. I’m a bit concerned but it has been a while since I put my Tacoma on 4 wheel drive . On top of that I haven’t had any problems driving my vehicle these past couple weeks. The notification only pops up on the vehicle alert but not in the app. Anybody else have this alert if so is it of much concern ?

I thought the Tacoma was only 2WD or 4WD. I think the new 4Runner is available in AWD. It might be a computer glitch.

The Tacoma in the Limited has an AWD mode. But don’t think the OR got a AWD mode in any package.

Maybe it was manufactured as 4wd but identifies as Subaru ?

This pops up on my wife's 4wd Sequoia. It is not AWD either. Dealer said its nothing to worry about. However its now popping up a lot more frequently.
