haha those kind of alignment errors are not the fault of a few thousands of powder coat. That's a straight up crappy CAD drawing not being field tested.
Just letting you know what I was told. If they claim all their components were test fitted prior to being shipped out for powder coating, and now they don’t fit, who am I to call them liars?
My sliders arrived today and i got them installed. For what it's worth I didn't have any issues aligning the bolt holes. Love the look!

They look awesome! Glad to hear everything lined up nicely. Have you noticed the added weight in the feel of the truck while driving? It's been long enough now that I don't think it's noticeable at all for me.

I actually did notice it (or maybe I convinced myself it feels different ha). Hopefully I stop paying attention to it.

For those who bought this, how was the delivery hand off to you? From what i can tell, they come wrapped on top a large pallet. Did it come in a freight truck and they unloaded with a forklift? Is it moveable by just one person with a hand truck or dolly?

I'm looking to get this but I live in an residential apartment building. I'm trying to plan the logistics of delivery. I want to install this myself in the building's garage but if that's not possible, I'll need to plan for getting it professionally installed.

That's a really good question. I wasn't home when it was delivered, but yes, it comes on a large pallet, and it is heavy. You'd be able to move it by hand if you had to, but it's definitely pretty heavy (200>x>160 lbs, I think), and I'm sure you could use a dolly to make moving it easier or just pick up one end of the pallet and drag it fireman style lol. If you know someone with a driveway that you trust, I'd use their address for delivery, unbox it, and then drive to wherever you want to install it. The pallet is large, so you may need to consider handling the disposal of that as well. Your apartment might have delivery instructions for large packages too. I'd start with asking the apartment complex admin and then maybe call Cali Raised to see if they can accommodate your needs. Good luck!

Got mine put on yesterday and can confirm its still the case with the bolt alignments. They are absolutely terrible. There's no reason they should be that difficult to line up. Its not a powder coat issue.

I received mine last week but it's been sitting there since my truck has been in the shop for repair.

Did they change the design since last year? After looking at it and reviewing the hardware and install instructions, I realize that my sliders look a little different from their install video and others on Youtube.

The ones I received have flat sides where it bolts to the frame. But from their install video and pics, it looks like it should have an angle that attaches from the bottom of the frame to a bracket from the inside of the frame.

Is yours like the image where the slider has angle portion that would be under the frame? Or is it completely flat like mine?

I'm going to contact them next week during business hours to make sure but I'm just curious if yours is like mine.

Mine are flat. Not sure what’s going on with them. Be prepared to struggle to install them.

The packaging was also bad. They didn’t wrap each point in the flimsy foam they use and it rubbed through the cardboard. I noticed it rubbed the powder coat off.

This has all been on top of the almost 3 weeks behind the lead time.

Thanks for the confirm. At least I know they didn't send me wrong ones and it'll work. That's super weird they changed the design and not update their pictures and install instructions. Not that their videos and website instructions are clear, it's actually really terrible. It's generic, they don't use any kind of diagrams, no parts list for each step for specific vehicles, and just plain confusing.

Yea their lead time is off by 3-4 weeks. I figured it was due to the multiple holidays.

Mine arrived 2 weeks ago packaged perfectly. They did change the mounting brackets to just the outward side of the frame instead of L shaped brackets. The install hardware is self explanatory, get all the M10s for the threaded holes on the frame and start with those. Once those are in the bigger through bolts are pretty self explanatory. The shorter through bolts are for the frame rail next to the fuel tank as there is a much tighter clearance with fuel tank right next to the frame. The holes themselves on the brackets all lined up perfectly with the holes on the truck but I also installed it with the help of someone else which I suspect made lining it up a much easier process. My only complaint is that the ends of my filler plates are bent up slightly and the slots on the brackets for the grounding tabs from the trucks wiring harness. It's easy work for anyone with a Dremel or die grinder but I did have to shave down the ends of the grounding tab to get it to fit into the slot on the Cali Raised mounting plates and get an Allen bolt to fit in place of the OEM hex head bolt. (The finish marks are from me slipping with the die grinder, not a Cali Raised powder coat issue)
